Question 1: Can anyone immediately start with strength training or one has to go through the simplest form of using weights and machines to begin with?
Answer: Yes, of course, you need to start with the small steps and then get into slightly intense training and then high intense training to follow later. Depending on your goals and aspirations and your constitutional capabilities.
Question 2: Does strength training / weight training mean bodybuilding?
Answer: No, strength training and weight training does not necessarily mean bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is a different anamoly altogether. Strength training and weight training is to make your musculoskeletal structure sturdy, to get you more taut, toned and literally increase strength in your body in a systematic way and shaping up your body in a proportionate way, improving the body's functional capabilities as well.

Answer: Bodybuilding is all about culturing the body and developing in a way that it keeps growing in muscle size in a proportionate calibrated way. Here the aspiration mostly is competition and contesting or modeling or getting into glamour industry. But many do it only for personal fulfillment, personal confidence and for the fun of it.
