Question 1: Can we learn gymnastics at any age? 

Answer: Of course, it can be learned at any age. You should be in your absolute athletic form. If not, you have to start from grassroot level. We've seen octogenarians also doing gymnastics.

Question 2: How long does it take to learn gymnastics?

Answer: No, short term solutions,  gymnastics is a constant process of learning and evolving with the agility of the body, of its form, grace and function. Start with simple, it would take you six months to a year to master. 

Question 3: If I want to learn parkour, what should be my step one? 

Answer: So, if you want to learn parkour, step one should be, you must be extremely agile, stretching. And, it would be good if you learn gymnastics to begin with first and then go to parkour.
