Be mindful of all that enters your mind so that you can deal with it, pay attention to it, be alert to it and respond to it not react to it.
Be mindful of all that enters your mind so that you can deal with it, pay attention to it, be alert to it and respond to it not react to it. Mindfulness also is being silent, watchful and yet being very proactive when needed, that is post meditation but in meditation, one should just be quiet, just still and still as possible, that kind of stillness can only come when your mind is empty and filled with the light of awareness and that can make you bliss, freedom from all the hurt, pain, resentments, grudges, and disgruntles and it can give you joy- the joy of living. It can also give you the strength to counter and face life, look at it fearlessly, and most importantly, make you non-aggressive in your behaviour and your response.
Meditation helps you take you there in that space. It starts with concentrating on the breath then relaxing your body then you are in the process of universal awareness, which leads you to abundant and vibrant consciousness.
