Movements in Rhythm and flow can change the state of mind, in times of being upset, disrupted, disturbed… to bring it back in order from dis-order, from dis-ease to ease , from getting disoriented to being oriented in harmony and rhythm.
Combination of mind, body and soul is movements in flow and rhythm.
Rhythms and Flow is a state of being in which a person becomes fully immersed in an activity seamlessly.
And the mind consists of mental states such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs, attitudes, images, perceptions and perspectives. The brain is the hardware that allows us to process and experience these mental states.
When we are in flow, we circulate better. When we are in rhythm and put flow together, not just the circulations of all the essential secretions of the body hormones. Others such as blood, air, oxygen and flow of creativity also happens. So the past remains past, and the future remains in the future when you are in rhythm and flow. The thoughts of the past completely dissolve and the absolute awareness with dance in rhythm and flow brings you into here – now. In here - now there’s always bliss, harmony, joy, because the whole existence converges in that one moment. And in this convergence there is celebration and where there is celebration - of course there is no pain, hurt, no depression, nothing of the past.. Be in here-now in continuity so rhythm & flow are like medicine. Dance with the flow, dance in rhythm.

Because when we engage with music, we are undertaking a journey deep into our inner selves…
Dance can improve elimination of toxins
Any form of exercise …any form of movements, any form of workouts… where there is stretch, bouncing, contraction, movements forward – backwards, turning, twisting … circulation gets a big boost. The metabolism and physiology gets - up regulated. There’s sweating, elimination of toxins starts happening. Of course heat is generated when you dance. And obviously all organs begin to ooze out toxins. And all impurities are purged out through the systems of elimination.
Dopamine is the reward hormone. Music increases dopamine levels, which is also released by spontaneous body movements—like dancing.
Oxytocin is the connection hormone, and is released when we physically come in contact with or bond with other people, both intimately and socially.
Serotonin allows us to feel emotional contentment and ease. Dance and exercise release serotonin. Adequate serotonin levels have been shown to shown to clean off resentment, hatred which releases weight from my mind.

Dance normally happens with music, so whether it is Touch, Taste, Audio, Visuals, Fragrance …When all this come together ...when all the senses are stimulated …the simulations of senses bring about a sense of upliftment of emotions .When your emotions are uplifted the lows of life dissolves and the mood elevator hormones are triggered and you begin to feel the upper high of life. The upper high of life is with the intoxication of the sound of music.. Music peps you. The beats, the melody, the harmony, the symphony of music, the decoding and the impact of the words … literally transforms the mindsets from pain- hurt to joy ..From low to high…and from disturbance, to vibrance and radiance.
It is a kind of deep meditation giving rise to spiritual celebration. The state of celebration is the best substitute for medicine. Dis-order to order…and dis-ease to ease. Once again a state of celebration and joy become medicinal in nature…releasing healing chemicals in our blood stream.
